  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of your consultation if you have concerns

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citizens First Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our services
  • Any decisions made by government agencies
  • Delays or denials of applications or benefits
  • Any errors or omissions in our guidance

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including action plans, templates, and guidance documents, is the property of Citizens First Consulting.
